Vinaya Adhikari is a London-based Nepali professional whose work spans international education, media and communication, community engagement and diaspora networks.

His career has moved between Kathmandu and London, shaped by roles that sit at the meeting point of these fields: guiding students and universities through international education pathways, reporting and communicating as a media professional, and organising within the Nepali diaspora community in the United Kingdom.

Rather than four separate careers, these areas function as one continuous practice — each drawing on the same underlying skill of building relationships and connections across borders, institutions and communities.

He is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner, a certification that reflects a structured, project-based approach to the initiatives he takes on, and he holds a background from Anglia Ruskin University.
